I’m just saying you have to atleast play it before you can bash it. The attitude of no consequence pirating of video games is what makes more and more shallow and less gameplay games.

Napoleon doesn’t have shallow and less gameplay. There is an abundance, this is a great Total War game. I hated Empire and still do for it being such a broken piece of ass but Napoleon is definately a success.

@BroncoLion So let me see, you have to pay money to get a game before you can talk about it? So did you buy tons of crappy games for $100 do you could talk about how crappy they are?! This attitude is why full price games have more and more shallow and less gameplay and know dumbasses will still buy it!

    Just a few comments:
    (i) from what I’ve learned on TW forums the game isn’t broken and is pretty much playable. Bugs have been noticed though.
(ii) Since when challenging is bad for a strategy game?! All TW games (and most RTS games) have a steep learning curve. Those games are supposed to be complex. Of course, as compared to a shooting game this is very challenging …

Although the score is probably not that far from a fair one, this review seems to be off focus.

This game doesn’t have bugs. Bullshit to say it is broken. I have played this with a medium set up with no problems whatsoever.

Did you play the game? It is totally worth it, it’s much better than Empire.

This game had a reduced price from normal new games aswell anyway. It’s about $70 AUS for the normal edition, new games are usually sold for about $100 AUS.

1/10th the gameplay of Medieval II Kingdoms EXPANSION, which was sold at an expansion price/ This is totally overpriced and is another sign of PC gamers being nickel and dimed to death!

I agree with you on the WW2 bit, there are way too many WW2 games. I’m unsure about WWI though. It is an interesting idea, but I fear that a game about WWI would either be very boring, or unbearably difficult.

Hold you in the nose and kick you in the ass? Grab you by the balls while tossing Sonic Booms and Hadoukens up your anus is more like it. A cousin of mine has this game and we can’t get through most of the missions that well.

Total War pathfinding has always been… how should I put this… less than amazing. In fact, usually less than good, too.
