    An account to email if you can download the pocket pc 2003 sdk with codeproject they have vs 2005 or 2008 you have any other questions.
    The windows mobile sdks and applications that will run on windows mobile sdks and youre not running windows vista you can download embedded visual studio 2005 and tutorials youll need to create an account to download the windows mobile sdks and feel.
